Cradled in this sacred energy, crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequency of the heart chakra are played, allowing waves of pure sound to wash through your body, clearing emotional blocks and raising your vibration. Tuning forks are then gently used around the body to balance the subtle energy fields and bring harmony between the physical and emotional layers of being. You may also receive gentle placement of rose quartz and green aventurine crystals over the heart and in the palm of your hand to amplify love, forgiveness, and healing. Soft Reiki energy may be offered to deepen your sense of connection, calm, and divine grace.
