• An Egyptian-Inspired Healing Experience

Inspired by my personal journey through Egypt, The Sacred Lotus Ritual is a deeply restorative experience created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and settle your nervous system.

You will be presented with a selection of aromatic oils, personally selected and brought back from Aswan, Egypt. After intuitively choosing which oil you feel most drawn to, the experience will begin.

Your journey may include Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, massage, tuning forks, sound bowls, warm towels, foot ritual, intentional breathwork, and Egyptian-inspired aromatherapy.

At the heart of the experience is the lotus - a beautiful symbol of transformation, renewal, and emerging from darkness to light.

Each element is intentionally woven together to create a peaceful, sensory experience for mind, body, and soul.
