The Harmony Experience

The Harmony session is an interactive heart-centered session designed to help you release stuck energy, raise your vibration, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace and clarity. Alison seamlessly blends two hours of Craniosacral therapy and somato-emotional release work, followed by a Swedish massage along back, neck, shoulders and legs. You will undress and be given a robe to wear during the session until the massage portion. You will be asked to identify low frequency emotions you may feel, and transmute them with the help of the Practitioner. Information on individual Mantra, energy point, and recommended oil will be given to you to use after the session. To enhance the healing potential, Alison will incorporate a variety of elements, including essential oils and tuning forks. You will be energy tested for two specific essential oils which will be infused into your spine during the massage. These selected oils will help raise your frequency and help to release any negative emotions you may have stored in your body. Recommended not to shower for at least 4 hours after session, allowing oils to penetrate the body.
