The Harmony Experience

The Harmony session is a holistic experience that seamlessly blends two hours of Reiki, Craniosacral therapy and aromatherapy with a full body Swedish massage with hot stones. Alison will address energy blockages, muscle adhesions, and tissue restriction.
Each chakra, corresponding to a specific physical location in the body, is thoughtfully addressed during this session, allowing for precise, targeted massages in these areas to promote the free flow of energy. To enhance the healing potential, Alison will incorporate a variety of elements, including essential oils, crystals, colored light, and tuning forks. You will also be energy tested for the essential oil which will be infused into your session. This selected oil will help raise your frequency and help to release any negative emotions you may have stored in your body. Oils are available for purchase upon completion of the session if you choose to purchase for personal use.
